CE 5 & 6

Don't forget that CE 5 & 6 will be held LIVE on October 20th! We are working on solidifying details and will get that to you as soon as we can!

We are committed to ensuring a safe environment for this class and will be following COVID guidelines.

MLS/Wirex Feed Issues

We are aware that the issues with WireX feeding you timely information is still a problem. We are staying on top of this situation and are again reaching out to Metro for answers.

I know this is quite frustrating for you guys. I hope they get it fixed soon!

At the suggestion of the MCBR Board, I reached out to RANW today to let them know that we are having issues so their agents are aware. If anyone encounters issues with other agents in other MLS's, please let me know and I can reach out to those AE's as well.

What's Up In The Office

Among my projects last week, I worked on preparing information and binders for the incoming Board Members. I'm also looking at some type of Board Member Orientation, but haven't sorted that all yet. I want our new Board members to feel comfortable and acclimated!

I also worked on compiling answers from a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) worksheet that I had sent out to the new and incoming Board members. It was interesting to read everyone's answers and see some trends pop out. This will help immensely when setting the goals during Strategic Planning.

I also continue to work on the NAR Self Assessment. I need to complete that by December if I want to use it for my Core Standards credits. (I have already met the required amount of credits needed, but want to count this as well.)

Have a great week, and don't forget to smile every day!! 🙂
