Clear Cooperation & 1 Business Day Reminder
Another reminder that Clear Cooperation will start to be enforced starting NEXT WEEK MONDAY! This is also the same day that the "1 business day" will go into effect for entering a listing into the MLS. Member in Motion
There were no members in motion reported to the Board office within the last week.
On Friday night Ben and Eli went frisbee golfing, so I took the quiet time as a chance to get more studying in! Titan attempted to sit ON TOP of me and my binder. That didn't work out so well for me, so I shooed him over, and then he pouted. My 90lb Rottweiler thinks he is a lap dog, and my 5lb Chihuahua/Pug thinks she's a guard dog. See why I call it the Funny Farm!!
What's Up In The Office
Being that last week was the start of the month, there was a lot to do in the office! Reconciling the bank accounts, preparing packets for the Finance Review Committee, MLS Board, and MCBR Board, bills and deposits, etc. I've also been spending time working on the Self Assessment and tests toward the RCE designation. I know I say this every week, but every chapter in that binder teaches me so much!
This week I will start the billing for the 3rd quarter MLS fees, so keep an eye out for those! The 2 Board meetings and Finance Review meeting are this week as well, so I will be busy with those, and then the action items and typing up the minutes after they are over.
This week I will be in the office Monday & Tuesday later afternoon/evening, Wednesday 7:30a-2:30p, Thursday 7:30a-4:00p, and Friday later afternoon/evening. I will be working as much as possible from home on the mornings I am not in the office. As always, text or email with any questions or if there is anything I can help you with!
