Monday Updates

Hello everyone! Again this email comes on a Tuesday, but oh well! I was out of the office from Thursday until this morning. It will take me a bit to catch up on everything, so bare with me!
Given what is going on, there are several important updates this week. Please read on to find out more.

Please also keep an eye on your emails, as I expect to be sending membership wide emails more often over the next few weeks.

CANCELLATIONS

The Membership Meeting that was supposed to be held on Thursday has been canceled. I will do what I can to reschedule the speaker, as I know it was a topic many were interested in.

The MLS Training that was scheduled for March 31st has been canceled. This will be rescheduled at a later date. Once Metro gives me some options, I will reach out to all of you.

CHANGES

The Budget Planning meeting that was scheduled for March 20th will now be done via a video meeting service. More details will be available soon. If you were planning to attend but had not emailed me yet, please shoot me a message.

The MCBR Board of Directors meeting that was supposed to be held yesterday will now be done via a video meeting service as well. Board members will get an email with further instructions soon.

What's Up In The Office?

Wow. What a crazy time in the world right now! SO much has changed and is up in the air. Please know that I will still be working every day. I may not be in the office every day, but if I am not, I will be working from home. I am fortunate that this position is one that has the flexibility to do so. I will still be doing whatever I can to help the membership during this time. Please feel free to contact me if there is anything you need. Email is always the best, but phone calls will be returned when I can. Texting is an option too. Phone calls are harder when I am home with my son, and while I will indeed be working, I will also doing 4k home school work with him so he doesn't get behind in learning.

Last week was very productive for me! I was laser focused on getting stuff done! So focused in fact that on Monday when the Board phone rang (for a call I knew was coming), it startled me so much I literally jumped in my seat! Also, on both Monday and Tuesday, I didn't eat anything until 2pm! You might have noticed how skinny I am which is thanks to an obnoxiously fast metabolism. If I don't eat every few hours, my stomach roars, so skipping meals isn't something I normally do, lol!

Remember, If there is anything that I can do as an AE to help members during this unprecedented time, please reach out. I know so much is changing on a daily basis and there is much uncertainty, but it is my hope that the membership can remain productive and successful.
