Monday Update - Tuesday Edition
Happy Tuesday everyone! I hope that you all had a fantastic Labor Day weekend! That extra day was so nice to have to be able to get some stuff done. I was productive around my house, which was needed! I did a bunch more canning. However I could use another holiday/day off to catch up on all the dishes I made when canning! Unfortunately, no matter how hard I wished, the dish fairies did not visit me overnight!
Notice of Quarterly Fee
Both the MLS Board of Directors and the MCBR Board of Directors recently voted almost unanimously (one person abstained) to institute a Technology Fee to all agents. There will no longer be Lock Box fees. This Technology Fee will cover the expenses of Showingtime, lock boxes, website work, and any other technology fees assessed to the Association. This fee will be $45 per quarter, per agent, and will be effective this 4th Quarter MLS billing. If you have any questions, please contact your Broker or one of the Board members on either Board.

What's Up In The Office
Last week was busy! We had the MCBR Board meeting on Monday, then throughout the week I did all the bank reconciliations, created and sent out the meeting packets for the Finance Committee and the MLS Board of Directors, worked on many of the action items that came out of the Board meeting, worked on coordinating the particulars for CE, paid bills, finished putting together the new Board Member binders, and more! I also caught up on a NAR webinar that first aired on a day when I had a conflicting meeting. I take advantage of every training/learning opportunity I can!
