Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a nice weekend! Not many updates for you today, but that's okay too!

2020-2021 Board of Directors

If you didn't seem my email on Thursday night, your new 2020-2021 Board of Directors members are:

Directors with continuing terms are: Judy Stuebs, Judy Ferry, Travis Stevens, Lisa Nelson

Immediate Past President (no voting rights): Peggy Kadow

The new directors will be sworn in at the September Membership Meeting and will start their terms in October.

MLS Policy & Procedure Change

Reminder: The new MLS policy of having 1 business day to enter listings (instead of 48 hours), as well as the enforced sanctions for Clear Cooperation, go into effect June 15th, 2020.

If you have questions or concerns, please speak to your broker!

Members in Motion

There were no Members in Motion reported to the Board office this past week.

Katelyn's Corner

On Saturday (when we were in the middle of planting trees) Eli's Preschool graduation certificate came in the mail. I'm a little bummed that he didn't get to have the ceremony and wear the little graduation cap, but none the less, I am super proud of him!!

I also had to share this beautiful sunset from last night with you guys. We seriously get the best sunsets at our house. Those colors are just stunning!!

What's Up In The Office

Last week was quite busy! On Wednesday we held a New Realtor Orientation for those who wanted to be able to vote in Thursday's election. This was the first time the new outline was used, and overall, it seemed to go really well. The results from the survey I sent out after have been very positive! We will be hosting another one in a few weeks for the few that weren't able to attend this one. Anyone is welcome, so send me an email if you'd like to participate! I'd also like to thank those who came in (in person or virtually) to speak on different topics as well. Your help was much appreciated, and contributed to the success of the orientation!!

Of course, last week Thursday was the election. Thank you to all those who helped with the election this year. Your help and insight was much appreciated! I do have a list of things I want to clarify or stream line for next year, so I'll be bringing those ideas to the Board before too long. There were several grey areas that I think could be made less gray. 🙂

This week, being the start of yet another month, I will be focusing on bank reconciliations, preparing packets/financials for the MLS Board, MCBR Board, and Financial Review Committee, and paying the monthly bills that have come in the mail so far. I also have some cleaning and organizing to do in the office.

This week my in office hours will be:
Tuesday - later afternoon into evening
Wednesday - 8:00am - 3:00pm
Thursday - 6:00am - 3:30/4:00pm
Friday - later afternoon into evening

On Tuesday and Friday I will be doing work from home in the morning hours as well.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you need anything. Email and test is the fastest way to get in touch with me, but calls will be returned as I can. (And calls are always answered when I am in the office, unless I'm on the phone!)
