Weekly Update

Hello and happy Monday! I hope everyone got a chance to enjoy the sunshine this weekend! I did! This weekend we also added to our chicken flock when we brought home 15 chicks from Tractor Supply! (See picture below!) After butchering 4 roosters last weekend, and bringing these ladies home this weekend, I am now at 41 chickens! Hence why it's called the Funny Farm, lol! (Yes, I am crazy!)

Read on for this week's updates! And as always, if you need to see anything on the private side of the website, the password is available on the email version of the weekly update or by calling the board office.

What's Up In The Office

The Core Standards form for 2021 went live on NAR's website last week Thursday, and I was able to log in right away and get a hand full of things checked off! You may not find this exciting, but for me, it's awesome, lol!

Last week I worked on getting the MLS and Finance Committee packets/financials ready and out to the groups. The MLS Board voted to not meet until April, however in the spirit of transparency, I am still sending them all of the documents they would normally review.

I've also been working on my C2EX endorsement. I log into the site once per day and complete one task or assessment. I already have 51% completed, and I'd say I work on it 15 minutes or less each day! I've learned quite a bit, and really encourage all of you to start working on yours as well! I mean, who doesn't need more letters at the end of their name!?
