New Lockbox Training

Thank you to all who have registered.  If you haven’t signed up yet, there is still time.

We are rolling out the new lockbox training JUNE 7 & 8, 2018.  All details are available in the link below.  Please register below and call anyone on the committee or email me if you have questions or concerns.  Please register no later than May 30, 2018. 

Office Admins and affiliates will have separate training sessions in a different room as their training may/will differ.  Please select your 1st choice and then your 2nd choice.  We are limiting training to the first 20 agents.

Professional Standards Training

There is still room to register.  Thank you to those who have registered.

We are partnering with the Sheboygan County Board of REALTORS® for this interactive day of education.  The training delivers a variety of participatory exercises and role-plays to give hands-on experience to attendees who serve on grievance committees, professional standards hearing panels, and appeal and procedural review tribunals.

When an ethics complaint is made or an arbitrable dispute is filed with the board office, we rely on our members who have attended Professional Standards training to sit on a grievance committee or hearing panel.  The training is FREE with lunch provided.

When:  Wednesday, June 6th                     Time:  8:30 am – 3:00 pm

Where:  St.  Peter Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall, 2104 Geele Ave, Sheboygan

RPAC Silent Auction

 GIFT BASKETS AND BAKED GOODS NEEDED…

For the RPAC Silent Auction during the picnic.  Please let Diane know if you would like to donate to our Dessert and Gift Basket Auction which will be held during our Membership Picnic Meeting on June 21st .  Sign your donation up by June 18th.

June Picnic/Membership Meeting

 Enjoy a fun evening at the beach!  There will be games, RPAC Silent Auction and a live band!

WHERE:  Neshotah Beach Shelter (Located behind the concessions) and the Rotary Pavilion, Neshotah Beach

TIME:  5:00 pm Social, 5:45 pm Dinner

COST:  $20.00 per person

Please RSVP by Tuesday, June 12th at Noon.  Cancellations without 24 hour notice will be invoiced and attending without an RSVP to Diane you will be invoiced a $5.00 fee to have more food prepared.

Industry Panel Discussion

We would like to put together a panel discussion and invite 2-3 representatives from the different industries (lenders, title companies, inspectors, attorneys, appraisers, real estate agents etc.).  We will solicit questions, comments ahead of time and provide the questions to the panelists before the event.  The goal for the event is to help people understand why the different industries do things certain ways, help understanding with transaction etiquette and provide knowledge as to why things are done the way they are.  This will be good before getting into the busy summer season and hopefully create better communication.  After the discussion will put the questions into a FAQ for all the membership.

If you are interested in being a part of the panel or would like to submit questions, please reach out to one of the officers or directors of the board.

Still in early planning stages, looking at late April as a tentative time to hold this panel discussion.
